Established patients are individuals who have been seen in the office within the last year. You received a packet at your initial visit with details of expectations from you as a patient as well as what you can expect from Woods Family Medicine as your physician team.

If you would like another copy of this information, it is available on this website or in the office and will be updated as any changes are made.

As a valued member of our medical family, we want you to know you are a priority. We will always try to accommodate same-day visits if the schedule allows, but always know you have access to our walk-in hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
